I've not watched them at all this season due to work.
I very much doubt I'll start going now I'll not be working Saturdays.

1992/3 when we had a new manager from Kettering called Peter Morris and we started the season as favourites for the Conference. Started with 12 league games without a win. Ended up bottom and relegated.

Thanks! Next question would be how many red cards in first 7 games!

3 this year, but I think I remember  4 at the start of 2017 Greg Smith (twice) Brad McGowan and Jack Cowgill

I was thinking of that season earlier on in the thread. Bromsgrove was just awful. The winger that we'd got from Kettering was blindingly awful and we never looked like scoring. And then Slough, and that embarrassment at Merthyr.

I expect the Chairman and the manager will be having a meeting first thing Monday morning. This club, with its new stadium, infrastructure and staff, should not still be playing regional non-league football after all these years. Personally, I think this team won't be relegated and will finish upper mid-table, even if the current squad and management remain.

I must admit that I am getting fed up of hearing about the "one per cents" that are costing us results, according to Paul Cox...but we do appear to be making only "one per cent" steps in eradicating the mistakes.
