It's a protest against the Glaziers ownership of their club.

Green and gold until the club is sold.

Load of bollocks, really.

Chance to sell more shit to the commercial machine, tis a fashion thing and nothing changes until the boycotts start, those that left in 05 had the right idea, too late now and they are one mans retirement away from implossion
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

Newton Heath.

Personally think any sort of protest is good, yes the FCUM boys who don't go is the best way but at least they are making people aware of what is happening.

If im right the sale of the scarves as no impact on man u. im sure i read that about 3000 thousend was given away by some fans trust or whatever they call theselves,

I thought the contridiction of there words was fantastic.

All in the same sentence they told them to where the scarves at the game but also to boycott it. (Honestly it was all in one sentence) Thats hell of a trick

FCUM are probably gaining more fans as the protests and anger rises.

Looked fairly full to me.

They did sing a fair bit of anti Glazer stuff though

I know of a few who are coming to our game Saturday as they've had enough of Glazer's etc now.

Tokenism, maybe better than nothing, but if they really want an impact then boycott the next game. A near empty stadium would send a serious message of intent.

Then again the same fans thought it was great when they went public, without thinking through its implications - as ever in life and football, the short term potential gains outweighs the long term stability.

If and when the Glaziers do leave Manchester United, what effect would that have on levels of support at FC United? Would there be a mass exodus back to Old Trafford?

Nope, FC is a about more than protest against Glazer also about Ticket prices, Not being allowed to stand just to name a few.
