Highest two-game score
« on: February 27, 2010, 10:00:15 PM »
After today's 7-0  victory, and with an away game against Durham next week, does anyone know what our highest ever scoreline is, over two consecutive league games?

Probably the 12-0 win against Wisbech Reserves followed by the 9-1 win against Timken Athletic in the 1965/6 season in the United Counties League.

That's going to take some beating, even against Durham  :o
They were two home games back in 65/66...what would the highest scoreline be for home and away consecutive victories?  ???

Probably the 9-1 home win against Bromsgrove Rovers followed by the 4-1 away win at Shrewsbury Town Reserves in the 1966/7 season.

Already done that one.

Highest aggregate over a season against one club?
I create YouTube videos (BUFC/FM/CM 01-02), and stream Football Manager on Twitch as BostonUnitedFM.

Probably the 9-0 at home and the 6-0 away against Denaby United in the Midland League in the 1938/9 season.

Denaby were the Durham City of their day! Not quite as bad as Durham they finished with a league record of P42  W2  D4 L36  F36 A218  Pts8
