It can only enhance the area around Witham Town.

We often walk down there and its a health hazard that old caravan site, with fly tipping and illegal camp sites.

I'm a bit concerned about access down there, coming off Tattershall Rd there is only one way in and one way out, and thats under the railway bridge. Could be a bit hairy at times if 100+ homes with cars goes down there.

I share your concearns The bridge and attaching tattashall rd can be a nightmare already, althou i just cant get my head round getting 110 houses on there, i know it was a decent area but didnt think it was that big

I guess they would have to put a new access in somewhere,As it is you would never be able to get plant/materials on to site under the bridge to even begin building.

Interesting where any additional acces could go. only other route in is past the witham tavern and that is more a footpath. or it would have to be done somehow off tattershal road after the railway crossing. That said, there are quite a few cul de sacs that way that would make ideal access, albeit via a very long road....

Wait and we shall see......
