So far only Rochdale v Oldham has been postponed in the National League.
I was hoping that would have been a tough local derby today for Oldham ahead of our visit on Tuesday night.

Surely a record for a new manager. First goal after 44 seconds.

not too sure about their keeper!!! ;D looked like he'd struggle to catch a cold......great performance in very difficult conditions, hopefully did enough to shut the gloom and doom merchants up for a bit...

Their keeper certainly did his best to give us the game, but it was about time something went for us at home. The pressing was good, and we were quicker to break than previously. I was glad to see GC talking with Woods throughout the game and hope that partnership may continue. An encouraging start in appalling conditions.

Great result. By all accounts, the opposition keeper was a bit, let's say, "casual"?
Alan Partridge: "I bet I've got more friends than you've got cows. How many cows have you got?"
Farmer: "I've got 100 cows."
AP: "Well, I've got 104 friends!"

Same goalkeeper that was man of the match for Maidstone United when they knocked Ipswich Town out of the FA Cup.

A game we had to win and we did
Should have been 5 or 6 up before they began to work their way back into the game
Little bits of luck went in our favour for the first time all season
Don't expect anything from Tuesday but Saturday needs 3pts

A game I think under cully or Woods we'd of got wrong and lost. It looked like we had a plan and a good slice or two of Lady Luck. It now must be the first of many 3pts. Oldham is a free hit, Saturday is the must win. It's baby steps albeit in the right direction.

So pleasing to see us be adventurous and attacking! Looks like the lads finally been given license to shoot as echoed in the gaffas interview. Both green and Rowe were excellent. The new young lad showed glimpses. Adds much needed firepower hopefully. Should think it now won't be long before a few are shipped out

Credit to Tom Leake. Been a bit part player but yesterday in the dying stages of the game was excellent.

Onwards and upwards

Hopefully Oldham have half an eye on their FA Cup match next weekend.
