Back where we belong, good luck today lads.
I have removed the shell from my racing snail to make it go faster, if anything it's made it more sluggish.

Well beaten, no complaints. Not all bad - some nice football in spells, but the brutal truth is we didn't lay a glove on them and in the end it wasn't even close. They missed two great chances to make it 5-0 too.

We knew it'd be tough so no real point stewing over it. Onwards to Forest Green.

Is what it is, target 3pts against Tamworth and ultimately hope for the best come May. We know we haven't got the money to compete so the wins against bottom half teams are crucial. Onto FGR

If we weren’t clear how hard the league would be this year. We are now

Great build up to the game and support.  Read Rochdale forum it’s clear they have a top budget. Real quality everywhere over the pitch and deserved winners .

We never looked like scoring but I enjoyed the game and feel we will grow into the season.

Just read the five posts above and cannot agree more!

Nice to see well over 2000 home fans in.

I agree with all above. I think Rochdale will be challenging at the end of the season. It was nice to see a big crowd yesterday, I hope the casual supporters don't give up on the team. I thought after the first goal ( offside ) our heads dropped. Rochdale were a full time team and it showed. A couple of our players looked very tired.

Certainly can't complain about the result. Been a while since I've seen us outplayed that much at home. The gap in quality between the 2 teams was evident, felt like watching 2 teams that were 2 leagues apart (well we were last season with Rochdale in League 2 and us in NLN). If we are to have a chance then Rochdale need to be a top National League side, if they are an average side we are going to struggle every week.

Of the new players the left back did ok and Mooney had some bright moments in the first half. The young striker up front from Peterborough didn't cause Rochdale enough problems, feel Hazel has to start next match.

An error easily made, especially over recent years with so many clubs we've never before seen as non-league clubs now slipping out of the EFL.

Disappointing result but not that surprising. This league is a beast with teeth now and we will have to scrap for any point we can get. If we can avoid finishing in the bottom four next May, I would call that a successful season. The pundits would possibly call it "consiladation". I realise this is a real challenge, but I think most footballers would relish that challenge. Anyway, as long as the players try their best, the team will have my unconditional support.
