Would be interested to know if Andy knows much about him. Had good experience in North league

Not really sure what to think about this capture - would be an interesting move if we were still in NLN, but for guaranteed goals in the NL I can't help but think this is just more of the same of what we already have: unproven youth.

I shall suspend any judgement on any new players until we see them in action. They got in players last summer we didn't know but who ultimately did the business, so I'm willing to wait and see.

Kieran Coates from Chester.
I have removed the shell from my racing snail to make it go faster, if anything it's made it more sluggish.

Chester fans rate him highly, but has had issues with injuries apparently.

This from the Chester fans forum seems to not fully agree with the highly rated statement, and sums up what quite a number of fans there think of our new  signing:-

'A really good one on one defender, and was able to get up and down the flank well but ultimately no end product. The amount of times he'd bust a gut to sprint with the ball and then shank the cross into the stand was unbelievable. If he could a)stay fit, and b)cross a ball, then he'd be a Football League player. For our levels, he's a defender who's only fit for half a season, and if you want some your full back to play as the modern attacking full back then he'll look like he's try and do it but just can't."

We wish! The pessimist in me thinks it'll be his replacement!

I've seen somewhere that he's described as a winger. This is most exciting!

Scored against us in the play-off final!

Experience NL player - exactly what I've been crying out for. Happy with this one.

No surprise he's gone. Will be interesting to see how he and Mooney fare.

My thoughts are not particularly well. I'm not sure who else they have up top but if those two are their first choice front two I suspect they'll be down the bottom of the table. Wish both lads well and of course I'm annoyed they've left us but I'm not convinced they'll really cut it two leagues above.

Considering how badly Colby Bishop played for us, and how well he ended up doing for Accy - I expect 30 goals each 😂
