I see Howard Wilkinson has been honoured this year, for services to football, he's done very well from when I used to watch him scampering down the right wing on York Sreet's hallowed turf.   Well done Howard. :Toast

Absolutely - couldn't agree more.

A great player (and player-manager) for us and, of course, he played in both FA Cup 3rd Round games against then top-flight Derby County in 1974. Crikey, is it really the 50th anniversary of those games coming up in a few days' time??

Sad to see there's been no acknowledgment or congratulations from BUFC on either 'X' / twitter or the official website yet (when I last checked anyway).

I'll be very disappointed if we don't do some kind of acknowledgment. All his other clubs have done.

I am sure once Craig sees this he will put something on the Official website! Well done Mr Wilkinson. Truly deserved award.
