Two fairly evenly matched sides. Awful weather. Awful referee (failed on some of the big decisions, and the yellow for Jake was premeditated to say the least). Awful far side linesman who frankly imagined things, and gave us nothing. And we then missed an open goal late on. Enough said. We deserved a point - got nothing but soaking wet.

Well said Prof. My thoughts exactly.  Not the weather or the pitch to produce good football. Again we were on the wrong end of bad or bias match officials.
The older I get, the earlier it gets late

Horrible little ground having to stand under a corrugated lean to shed making it so dificult to see the game and paddle through 4inches of water for a coffee or a pee. Why oh why does Cully insist on taking off our goal threat in Jake and replacing him with a player with less go in him than a butchers dog. Go a goal down almost immediately and then no goal threat from the replacement. UTP

If Jake had stayed on and got another yellow card, we would be missing him for the Fylde match.
