Not great to watch but a big 3 points against historically tough opponents.

Goalkeeper MotM for me.

The whole team were good but still Tom Platt motm for me..fantastic example of will to win..

I thought it was great to watch. Plenty of commitment, some good football played at times.  A few more like that and the crowds will return. I thought MOtM was a toss up between Cameron Gregory and Tom Platt. Tom Platt was very Terry Butcheresque, older fans will know what I mean.

It was a really contested game by both sides. Neither gave the other time on the ball so there wasn't much flowing football. But all our players gave everything and nobody had a bad game. I had a quick chat with one of their players in Ellender's afterwards and he said he didn't know how they hadn't scored - but admitted our keeper played a blinder in the first half. He had relatively little to deal with in the second. UTP!
