By all accounts he's good.  I liked the look of Mitford when he came on also.  So hopefully the forward line is getting sorted. We just need a fit Sheils to aid the defence and we then stand some kind of chance.

I am forever the optimist, is this the first steps towards the playoffs? ;) ;) ;D ;D

I am also an optimist (in most matters), but just avoiding relegation will do for me this season!

And another new striker has signed! presumably that mean the likes of Crawford, Wright and Burrows are no considered to be good enough anymore otherwise we could be playing with 6 strikers.

Burrow - I'd keep him as an option off the bench as he does give us something different.

Wright and Crawford - might well be that Cully's simply seen enough. Absolute workhorses the pair of them but they've actually created very little this season.

According to the manager Jake Wright has been playing with an injury and  several players including Crawford have picked up the bug going round
