Had the pleasure of watching Halifax at Stamford in a Unibond Presidents fixture that
was won by the Daniels in extra time. Halifax proved a useful looking side on the night
and was a squad of young players who competed a lot better than the young players
of Durham City did on Saturday.

With regard to a possible fan following to the game, they only took about a dozen or
so supporters to the Stamford game also a midweek fixture so don't hold your breath
 for a big gate.  ;)

I haven't really been interested in the Unibond League Cup but this tie has got my attention as both clubs should be plying their trade in the BSP in a few years time.  Are there any other patterers who haven't been to any ULCC matches yet who are thinking of attending this one?
