If anyone traveled to the game last night, how good was he?

I didn’t go but he got 21 goals last season and I think he’s on 8 in pre season

Yeah he was pretty good, can't imagine he'll be there for the full season if his form continues

As he was localish, I'm wondering why we didn't get him on board.

Possibly financial. Ilkeston of course never learn and are by all accounts chucking cash around again.

He's under contract at Ilkeston.

That is a great shame. He was electric on Tuesday and at this level well worth buying out of any contract he's under

I remember seeing him play for Notts County at Carlton 5 years ago and despite not making the grade at Meadow Lane or Blundell Park he's definitely getting stronger by the season. He banged in plenty of goals at Stourbridge and left after falling out about a trial at another club. Certainly could be the next Che Adams from Ilkeston  (let's not even mention  Colby Bishop)
