If it's the same youngster and I am pretty sure it is,I saw him play for Spalding on New
Years Day against Grantham Town in a league fixture. The lad had loads of ability and
skill on the ball, showed good pace and awareness but lacked the final product on the
day.Having said all that,a good deal by the Club to bring him in, in light of our midfield
 absentees at the moment.

What is the difference between a work-experience loan deal and an ordinary loan deal?

Will the new player be involved in odd jobs around the stadium, etc., aside from any involvement on the playing side? Is he going to be helping Jason with the washing?

I remember Ryan Clarke (first time around) joined us on Work-Experience loan from Notts County, but can't say I've ever fully understood what it entails.

Might be wrong but I think it relates to age and not being pro?
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

Craig mentioned on United Live that it means "he could be here just for today or until the end of the season. It's in Peterborough's hands"

We pay him nothing, and he's still on a YTS contract at Posh - as I see it
I create YouTube videos (BUFC/FM/CM 01-02), and stream Football Manager on Twitch as BostonUnitedFM.

hopefully get to keep the lad for a while longer if he can produce displays like yesterday often enough

as he wont be getting near peterbourgh 1st team , if he keeps doing well hopefully Posh will see it as a good thing for him to stay here with hopefully a sucessful come end of the season  ;D

According to the Peterborough Evening Telegraph he played for Posh Reserves last night in their 2-0 defeat against Northampton.  I hope he's not on the verge of a recall as he looked awesome!
