Under CE's charge our downfall was when we used hoofball.  The Brackley and Alfreton games are a prime example.  These two games cost CE his job. Both games were lost in the first half when we used the high ball.  Second half in both games we played it on the ground and was unlucky not to get something from the games.  This man has now come in and is using the same tactic that got CE the sack.

Another worrying thing is the fact our forwards are not firing.  Our most consistent scorer is our centre half. Maybe our players are not up to the job.  Either way our season looks about over.  I had very high hopes for this season, being disappointed is an understatement.

Looking at the games to come I think we should end up with about 63 points. Don’t think that will see us in the playoffs.

What a frigging disappointing season on the pitch.

I had a look at remaining fixtures and was slightly more pessimistic with 61.
