I don't think anyone was surprised by the final scoreline last night. The stats are now P26 W11 D4 L11 GF40 GA40. That sums up the season so far. Average.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Abbott dump us to play for Grantham not so long ago?

Yes. Think it was when Grantham were chucking money at people.

The sad lack of reaction on this forum (including my own BTW) to the loss at Kiddy says more than the result itself. That I think many of us (rightly or wrongly) feel resigned this season to a pattern of decent efforts at home and mainly wins, but almost inevitable losses on the road, at whatever level of opposition we play (e.g. Morpeth, GTFC, Stratford).

All the fans I speak to there is a real sense of indifference. The season has been one long disappointment and regret. Sorry about losing Craig and so far no real new manager bounce.
Hope Cox can reignite us from Saturday onwards.
