Has there been a BUFC shareholders meeting since Chestnuts arrived?

It was in April last year. I couldn't make it myself (being a major shareholder in the club  ;D) so I sent along Andy Butler as my proxy. I don't recall receiving any feedback though but I'm sure nothing dramatic was revealed.

I think, you can buy the shares when somebody that owns them wants to sell them. They are shares in a private limited company (LTD) unlike shares you can buy in the FTSE for example that are in public limited company (PLC).

They are worthless as an investment, they only have a status value.

The share are Boston United Football Club LTD

Company No. 00303529

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Contracted players.

Trade marks.

Goodwill, history, status.

League acceptance.

Another way to aquire shares is if the board, majority share holders agree to issue more shares, thus diluting the exsiting shares value. Like what happend when the trust purchased shares. I think.
