By all that is fair and sensible we should be awarded the Darlington result.

Then, if the league were to be stopped now for the season, we would be the winners on a points per game basis.

We would have 13 points from 5 games = 2.6 ppg. with the next nearest Gloucester 20 points from 8 games = 2.5 ppg.

After tonights results and without counting the possible 3 points from the abandoned Darlington match, we are still top of the league on 'points per game'.
