Season Tickets
« on: April 25, 2020, 10:24:17 AM »
I've not seen anything from the club on this. I for one, and I hope most people will join me on this do not want any sort of refund.  The club probably needs the money more than me.

Haven't had a season ticket for a few years now as I haven't been getting to enough matches per season to be worth it rather than paying on the turnstiles. However tempted to buy one for next season when they start selling, a good way to help the club.

It depends.

I don't want a refund if the club has to fund it. End of story.

But there's an unbelievable amount of money floating around at the top level of the game. The Premier League gave its Chief Executive a £5 million golden handshake when he retired, for example. Given what's happened, there has to be a case for redistributing some of the money in football and for a fighting fund to be set up centrally to reimburse season ticket holders of all clubs. This situation applies at all clubs in the Conference and below, you'd hope the FA would be considering something.

North and south clubs got 13k each

I'm not a current season ticket holder, but have been for many years gone by. I've chosen to sponsor a tree at the new ground with some of the money I would have spent going to the last few games. Symbolically looking to the future I thought.

It a joke really, it shows how out of touch the Premiere League is with Non league football.
They obviously think that NL Clubs play on the village park, and are supported by one man and his trusty whippet

We will possibly know our fate this week. When season tickets go on sale,  I think a nice gesture would be to pay for your tickets straight away.  Also could we have a season + 10 incentive.  I can't remember which club it was, but when you bought your ticket you had the option to pay £10 extra towards club funds.
The older I get, the earlier it gets late

No announcements yet, understandable as we don't know when they plan to start next season and if anybody will be able to attend.
