Supporters Trust
« on: December 30, 2009, 02:34:59 PM »
Hi,

I was unable to make the AGM earlier in December. Did it take place and have any minutes been issued ? I tried looking on the Trust website but it all seems to be gobbledeguke.

Thanks

DL

Yes the minutes have been drawn up, they just need to be agreed by the rest of the board and will be posted on the Truat website and on here.

Have to be honest with everyone, i look at a lot of trust sites and see them having reguler meetings,Constanly keeping non members up to date and expressing there aims at them to get them on board and what there membership goes towards.

Also a good updatted website wich is kept up to date.

Sorry but i see non of this fro bufcst.

Hey, I know Marky but I'm no relation!

A couple of years ago the Trust at least used to get the governance bit right, even if it could have been more dynamic.

I am a fully paid up member and have been since the inception of the Trust. I was unable to make the December AGM but expected to have been able to catch up with events via their website - about the only way to do it if you live away from Boston. Other Trusts put us to shame. Is Melvin Moxon still pulling the strings ?

Now, more than ever, we should at least be getting the basics right.

They used to have a good website with meeting minutes etc....

Minutes you must be joking son when Santa was doing the minutes they were never on time. Mind you he talked a good game.

Such a shame to see the demise of the Trust.
