Beer in Hucknall?

Coming up from london for the game. Wondered if anyone is likely to be heading for a beer before or after the game? I'll be all on my lonesome   :(

I won't, but if you do find a drinking partner, there are some great pubs alongside the tram line to Hucknall that are worth stopping at. There are a few in Basford that are great, particularly the Lion.

does anyone know how is the weather getting on their ?

is the snow/ice still lingering around or is it pretty much like here in boston and all clearing up ?

I'm getting the tram in from Nottingham, arriving about 2ish. Meeting somebody there, and then finding some sort of pub...

I'm not far away in Nuthall.

All the ice and snow is gone, thanks to overnight rain.

Pretty bloody miserable actually...
