I know he is "annoying". He annoys me. We lost at Darlington as a result of his early dismissal. The fact remains he is the only member of our squad who can intimidate the opposition, and mean it. I honestly believe every team needs a "Middleton" to prosper. He has got a screw  loose, but than can be managed.

If you speak to him he's a really nice, calm lad. Clearly just get's really fired up when he puts on the amber and black. I like that.

Apparently (according to Twitter ) talking to two centre backs to cover for Middleton, one on loan and one with a view to a permanent move. I wonder if one of them is Scott Garner?

i heard on Saturday a current Cambridge utd centre back but i wasn't given a name

Garner would be a welcome addition to the squad.
Middleton was having a great game until the inevitable. He looked class bringing the ball out through centre midfield at one point, but he'll be seeing a lot of red unfortunately   :police:

Garner would be a very good signing in my opinion, been around this league and the one above for a while. Some experience is always welcome!
