Is the revolving door spinning again? 24 year old centre back tweeted goodbye to his Stamford teammates yesterday...
He who would valiant be , 'gainst all disaster.
Let him in constancy follow the master.
There's no discouragement shall make him once relent
His first avowed intent, to be a Pilgrim.

Might as well skip the "Chris Salt signs for Boston" headline and skip straight to the "Chris Salt joins Buxton" story three weeks from now.

Graham Drury has tweeted that Salt will be moving up "a level". Presumably that rules out Boston, as aren't we two levels higher?

All very interesting, but can't see that he is any better than what we have already got, has Jones now returned to Salford?
Haven't seen an official notice of this, but may have missed it.

How long is Ben Middleton's injury going to keep him out? I'm assuming it'll be a few weeks at least before we see him in action again, so we definitely do need some defensive cover.

CE said in his interview after Saturday that he expects to bring in central defensive cover.

Just a thought - do we have any good youth teamers that could be promoted to supplement the squad? Could uncover a diamond...

The Parkhouse loan seemed totally pointless?
