I really like this guy. Just listened to his interview and he was brutally honest....no excuses...players not showing enough commitment...

I am sure he will develop a good side for us.

I very much admire people who stand up to be counted when things aren't going to plan. It's a good quality to have. I was very critical of a former manager who seemed to have an endless list of excuses/reasons why we didn't win, none of which were ever his own doing/fault. Craig's honesty and insight is extremely refreshing. I'm sure he can iron out the early creases, and we will soon being watching the goals fly in again at the right end!

My real worry is the talk of Cowley Bros eventually being poached by a bigger club than Lincoln and the latter having one eye on CE already! (because of the qualities you talk about). But could he leapfrog a league and suceed? I guess that is irrelevant if we go up ;)
