Season Predictions
« on: August 03, 2018, 04:02:28 PM »
With the season only a day away, predictors are the order of the day, so:-

1. Who will with The National League North

2. Where will BUFC finish?

3. Where will BUFC get to in the FA Cup?

For me,

1. Stockport
2.9th
3. Last qualifying round

If 2 & 3 are correct there will be cry's of   "get a proper manager " from Spayne terrace before March .

That long, it’s usually by half time of the first game

To win the league i'd have a punt on Chester, or maybe Hereford if their momentum keeps going.

I'd like to think we could make the playoffs, but 6th or 7th rather than higher. I think there's enough clubs with greater budgets could stop us gaining a high finish than that. Let's just hope we are not sitting 21st in early December!

Regarding the FA Cup, well who knows! History says that's a tough one to guess at!
He who would valiant be , 'gainst all disaster.
Let him in constancy follow the master.
There's no discouragement shall make him once relent
His first avowed intent, to be a Pilgrim.

John Bunyan, 1684
