Anyone noticed our improved form coincides with the reinstating of George Willis between the sticks.

I think we'll be searching for a new keeper in the summer.
I create YouTube videos (BUFC/FM/CM 01-02), and stream Football Manager on Twitch as BostonUnitedFM.

You haven't seen his howler at Darlington then. Luckily it wasn't costly

I agree Josh, it is still concerning how easily he is beaten from far out, looking at the highlights he could easily see the ball coming, he was to far off his line and diced far to early.
I am still not convinced about his ability, no keeper should be beaten that far out, unless it's a wonder strike .

We'll be seeking a new keeper. Probably looking to sign a good few defenders too. We need to get some permanent ones in. Current crop are either loanees or just OK. Some people were happy with Tom Batchelor. This manager will sniff out some capable talent.

In Stephen Brogan we have one of the best left backs in this league getting better each week.

I’m sorry but unfortunately Willis is just best out of a bad bunch between him and Stewart at the moment. A new keeper is needed in the summer, Willis is so vulnerable from long range and every time the opposition lined up to shoot last night my heart was in my mouth.

Have to agree with oxo, brogan looks very assured at full back and comfertable with the ball at either foot

I may be mistaken, but I think Henrich Ravas is out of contract at Derby this summer. I'm sure Trinity would want to sign him on a permanent basis, but I'd imagine he'd want to play Conference North or above. Watch this space.

George played bloody well tonight. I've not been his biggest fan, but he came and collected everything tonight. He stood up to be counted, and probably played his best game in our shirt.

I too have not been a fan of his but last night he excelled, commanded his area and punching the ball which was in contact with the big centre forwards head was brilliant. Think this is just the sort of performance that could really boost his confidence.

That's just what George needs a bit of Confidence, because he's got a lot of ability. Several excellent experienced keepers  said when AM signed him that he could be the best keeper in CN. I really hope we stick with him, give him a good run & that confidence will return. Let's be totally honest here; most keepers would have lost the plot playing behind Murray's back 7 that was shipping 3 a game from last September to the Brackley home 2-3 defeat last Nov,. After which AM resigned. Welcome back George, best of luck, hope u stick around, half as long as Bazza!! We need some stability between the posts! Would anybody like to say how many goalies we've had (& name them all) just since DG took over 2013??

Couldn't get to game Tues Mel, so have posted me jam jar fund to u at York St.

Another good game from GW yesterday, including an incredible double-save near the end.

Yeah did very well to keep us ahead. Not sure what he was trying to do for their goal mind. Caught in no man's land but saved a couple I didn't expect it save
