FT 1-1 but according to Twitter we had  chances to win it near the end, but a point will do.

I listened to the last 15 minutes on the net, we had several chances to win at the end.

 I listened to commentary

    Many chances yes .

But I think various managers have agreed there is a lack of skill (inc finishing ) at this level of football .

It sounds like a game where we had chances then.

Created enough chances to win two games but lacked that ruthless edge with the finishing. Failing to shoot first time or the final ball not finding a man having done the hard work.
They had two serious efforts all game, scored one.

A decent performance without tearing any trees up. A solid point. Before Christmas I would have taken 4 points from the 2 local derbies, so I guess I should be happier, but playing against 10 men for much of the second half, maybe we could have come away with all 3 today. We lacked that killer touch in the final third. The midfield worked hard, and Thompson ran himself into the ground again. The ref could have given Jarman a straight red in the first half when he gave Willis 2 feet, studs up and straight in the guts, but he got his deserved early bath in the end. Well done to the 380 Pilgrims who turned out. They put the home contingent of 640 to shame. 13 points from the last 15 is a great foundation to build on into January and for the remainder of this campaign.

Firstly well done to everyone yesterday players and fan's, a game we should have won easily in the end, we do need to be more clinical in front of goal.
Just listened to Frecklington on YouTube, what planet does this bloke live on, he thought it was an even game, again he bemoans the refs performance and defends Jarman for his disgraceful thuggish behaviour again.
The ref apparently should take in to consideration the wet pit h and the fact they have a small squad.
What Mr Frecklington should do is, put Jarman on a diet, fine him and then look for a replacement.
Trinity will go down, because their manager will not face up to the facts, and defends poor players, he has ruined Jordan Richards and Warren Mason, the only decent player he has got is Ravas, without him yesterday it would have been an embarrassing thrashing for Trinity.
I am just thankful that we didn't get Frecklington as our manager, or we would have been watching the tripe that he calls a good team.

Good rant. Total bollocKs though

Jarman should not have been booked for either (fair) challenge - but disgraceful reaction of BUFC players (all swarming round the ref demanding red) probably sealed his fate. The first was a 50/50 the second was a clean tackle - watch the highlights on you tube
Contrast this with Thompson, who could have been booked four times including the equaliser
When he jumped leading with his elbow which caught our keeper. Foul, no goal and second yellow
Trinity shaded first half with two really good saves by Willis, and two good efforts for Boston

Second half and Boston started much better, the theatrics which ensured Jarman was sent off (defender jumping up and running off as soon as red was shown, is a little embarrassing for your player) left Boston in box seat for rest of game, but without any conviction in front of goal.

Draw was probably fair, but Boston will feel they should have won with extra man for most of second half

Btw who is Warren Mason?

Total bollocks, what a laugh. No theatrics from Boston, Steelihat, Jarman let his manager, teammates and fans down. Don't forget Stainfield got away with only a yellow for a blatant elbow on boxing day. In case you forgot, our centre half wore #6, #20 and a blank shirt due to blood spilt thanks to this. Jarman could have had a straight red for the challenge on Willis, so to do the same thing again was sheer stupidity, and he fully deserved the early bath. When you say draw was fair, I suspect you're actually pleased to get something out of the game. You have a manager happy to blame everything else rather than admit his team didn't do the job, and whilst his head is in the sand, Trinity will never achieve anything other than mid table indifference. We may have plenty of issues still to sort out at Boston, but recognising and accepting them is the first step.
Ps Mason Warren is a decent player who was on loan to us earlier this season. Wide left and attacking is the best way to play him, not in centre mid.
He who would valiant be , 'gainst all disaster.

Firstly bad offensive language is not the way we communicate on here, so if you want to use language like that go to the Facebook site.
Childish to pick out and make a point getting a players name wrong, when you clearly know who I am talking about.
To defend Jarman is futile,he has a track record for being sent off for dangerous tackle's and violent conduct, so ref's are always going to be looking out for him.
All players surround referees, so yours would have done the same.
At the end of the day, you are probably a little sore about the results and the fact that we are now streak's ahead of you regarding quality on the pitch, and our manager is far better than yours and actually has the guts to stand up and tell the truth about his players, good or bad.
Unlike Frecklington who just blows sunshine up his players backside, and blame's the officials.
What you really want to be worried about is loosing Ravas, without him between the sticks you are buried as he saved you from a thrashing on Monday, and that was confirmed by him getting MOM.
Perhaps he might be heading to Boston now, as he would be the only player of yours we would want, you keep the rest of your dross and Boston rejects.

Take your points in order
Bad language not acceptable
Wrong name, poor research or proof reading on your part
Whatever Jarman’s previous, he was booked twice wrongly, and you neglect to mention the ridiculous reaction of your centre half - he should be ashamed of himself
Not all players surround the ref - note Trinity’s reaction to Thompson leading with his elbow to equalise
You drew against a team with ten for most of second half - quality didn’t show there
Ravas played well, good handling, but your keeper made more outstanding saves on the day

Did you actually go to the game?

We do have some ex Boston players - and you have at least four in your sixteen who have played for us. Two of whom you paid for

Your manager has only been there a few weeks give him time

your manager has had time and still hasn't improved anything. I also understand he's failed to check how many players are eligible to play at Spennymoor and he's now making excuses pre match for his impending defeat! Good luck naming a bench! PS I DID go to the game, and your Tinpot tinted glasses are still seeing things that didn't happen.
