My lads first townend experience

After weeks of my 10 year old lad badgering to have a game on the townend i relented at half time yesterday and moved from the main stand.

He was already hooked on BUFC, thats taken it to a different level now and only one place he wants to be now.

My first time back on the townend since around 2000 i think 😮

Great to hear. Dad the the same with me for the 98/9 season. Good to hear he enjoyed it too seeing as those up there take a lot of stick for trying to get behind the team. Shame it wasn't very full with such a low crowd but hopefully boxing day will be more raucous
