I know the following suggestion wont raise thousands but every little bit counts. How about a bucket behind the club bar. Any small change from your purchase could, but only if you could afford it, be donated to the club. It could be called the SOP bucket, standing for Save our Pilgrims.
Two pints of beer = £4.60. Offer £5 note = 40p to the SoP bucket.
