Who is Richard B ??
Do you mean Brodie.

No, the Chief Scout - Richard Boryszczuk.
I create YouTube videos (BUFC/FM/CM 01-02), and stream Football Manager on Twitch as BostonUnitedFM.

I see Newton has ruled out Head Hunting then, stating there is no money for compensation packages.
Green has put an end to a return, so it's now a wait and see unless Hawley can turn things around who knows hey!!

Best to stay clear of head hunting as it would be embarrassing if certain club/s were boasting their manager had turned us down .

Our best hope is that Hawley makes a decent fist of it and we can give him to the end of the season and then consider extending his stay .

Richard B gone and now it is claimed elsewhere that our players are searching for opportunities to jump ship to other teams .
Good luck to most of them with that ,  it would be good to see some go .

Worrying times - be interesting to see who applies for the job. Would like Gary Mills or if not Adam Stevens from Grantham Town.

Mills is on a downward slope he's the last person we should get

Do you think Chapman will jump ship, I suppose some of them probably know that under a new manager they won't last, but my opinion is that they should stay and get us out of the trouble we are in.
Get Kane Felix in ASAP surely he is better off playing for us than Deeping Rangers.
Rollins, Felix, Hemmings,Tashminga, would be a real handful up front, with Smith, Adams Vince, Waite, and Hawley if needed in reserve.
Have we ever tried Smith in a forward midfield role, that could be an option he would definitely win the Ariel battle and his ball round the corner ain't bad, we would also have his attacking threat at set pieces, and his defending ability at the other end.
Much the same as Garner did for us.

I don't think the board will let that happen.
Mates will not be accepted, they know that relegation for this club will spell severe financial consequences.

Just had a read of Gary Mills record it definitely stands up to scrutiny. Be interesting to see if he turns up tomorrow night.

[/quote Up to going back to York he had done very well. I saw his Gateshead side a few times on bt 2014, when they lost the Wembley final & promotion to the FL. They played superb football, a trademark of his team's.

He tried to sort McNamara's mess out at York last season, his win % was good, but they still went down. Would that bode well for him coming here & a similar situation to York? This season they were in the last play off place when they sacked him, think they had played 10 games.

I think his financial demands of wage and budget would be out of our reach .

Gary Mills look likes a real candidate, seems harsh to get sacked when you are in a play off position.

Don’t know the figures on his win rate, he does have 6 fingers though  :)
