MAYBE NOT.    Looks as though the Conference & F A may have bottled it again.!  BSP have told Cambridge their match against Chester will go ahead tomorrow night. they will make a statement later tonight.

Parachute payments? Does anyone actually see any of it or are all the clubs that drop out of the league so far up shit creek that the League just keep the mythical parachute payment.
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

This has echoes of our situation:

Club has football creditors - check.
Football League withholding monies (e.g. parachute payments) to said club - check.

So why don't the Football League pay Wrexham & Vauxhall Motors out of the money owed to Chester?

That already amounts to a six-figure sum. And they are also due an as yet unpaid £70,000 share of the £1m payment kindly made by the Premier League in September to help all 68 Conference football clubs cope with their 'current financial difficulties'.
And the prem paid 70 mill to agents!
disgrace

Chester to play on repreived again . Just a matter of Mr Vaughan paying 36K to settle football related bills. Mr Lee BSP chairman says this sends a massage to other clubs, The message it sends is treat football fans like dirt and the BSP will cosy up to crooks.

It would be good to hear how Mr Lee reconcles the treatment handed out to Chester against that handed out to BUFC.  One outcome from the Chester affair and all the Micky Mouse efforts in the running of the BSPover the last couple of years must surely indicate that the board are making the league a laughing stock. Member clubs must kick out the totally inept board.

If Chester had to pay 36k to make up the shortfall of what the football league etc owed them, then how much did they owe in total football debts
