Heard the land is being leased out for 3 years with the option of another 21? Just wondered if they know who's involved and what use the land will be used for.

Caravan park for workers we are desperate for in the food industry,
3 yrs is just in case we finally do leave the EU, transition period to get locals back to work.
21 yrs lease option if we don't leave EU.
