Salford 14th October

So progress in the fa cup would mean this game probably moved to mid week, and probably losing 400 on the gate, not good news

Surely though the prize money for winning the FA Cup tie would offset any revenue lost by moving the Salford game?

FA cup money is more important than playing the TV show, in midweek.
Probably wouldn't make much difference to the gate anyway.
Little Man Utd should bring a few fan's with them I would have thought.

Salford's attendances are similar to ours. They would probably bring under 200 to a Saturday game anyway.

That does surprise me, you would have thought they would have more support, I am sure Gary Neville could pay a few people to come.
When they are in the premiership by 2025, as Gary Neville keeps boasting about, 200 away fans are going to look rather lonely sitting in the away end at old Trafford.

Watching the highlights of their match at Gainsborough there appeared to be about 30 or 40 in the away end.

Plastic fans don't travel far.
I create YouTube videos (BUFC/FM/CM 01-02), and stream Football Manager on Twitch as BostonUnitedFM.

That will be a big advantage to the TV Show club, as they are full time.

Why do you think there away support is so poor?

Because theyre a tiny insignificant club with no history above the local park leagues
Same for Brackley and fylde etc who have spunked money up the wall for fun to get to where they are.
People will watch a bandwagon on their doorstep but won't go away to games

Very we'll put Josh, and I can't wait to see the back of them.
I just wish they get promoted or go bankrupt, either way but just go.

In fairness to Salford they are/were a fairly small insignificant inner city club but unlike that disgusting charade that won the league last year they'd been around years and ran a fairly impressive community project not unlike us. They've just dropped lucky with the money and the exposure that comes with the investors. I find it hard to knock the club, we'd all jump at the good fortune they've had.
