Kalern Thomas to Solihull Moors

Confirmed on their twitter feed. Believe we offered him terms, so presumably we will get a transfer fee as he's under 24 (I think).

Disappointed to lose him. From Xmas onwards I thought he was one of our better most consistent players. Along with Rollins and Durrant I felt he put in some decent performances when the chips were down and all three will be missed I think

I agree, he was one DG player who seemed to grow under new management. Shame he's gone, but that's football. Only the walking wounded of Grant, Gregg, Pepe and Burg left now from the DG era.
He who would valiant be , 'gainst all disaster.
Let him in constancy follow the master.

Has he gone for full-time football, I don't know if Moors are full-time.
Really did like this lad,he had some aggression in him and looked like a player in the making.
Good luck to him though.

Greg Smith is contracted for another season,he signed a two year deal, and has an option for another year.
So if he goes it will be a full transfer fee.

Not bothered about losing KT - performed slightly better than average in a poor side and always seemed to put a lot of effort in.

Wouldn't say he is a great tackler though. Just an ok defender who likes to get forward - although often with his head down and not a great deal of end product when going forwards.

Good luck in moving up a level though. Sometimes playing in a better team can bring more out of a player.
