Sunderland thought enough of Dennis to trust him with quite a few youth loan deals and he seemed to like developing young players. Of all the turnover of players we had under him, he barely ever signed a mid-thirties "has been". Maybe his next move could be as a youth team coach somewhere a bit higher up the ladder?
