I see Richard Brodie is playing for Skelmersdale tonight v Harrogate. His Wikipedia entry suggests that he has played for about  22 clubs (give or take one or two depending on duplicates I haven't counted/noticed....).

that must be getting towards being a record! Drewe Broughton played for plenty but I doubt that many.
He who would valiant be , 'gainst all disaster.
Let him in constancy follow the master.
There's no discouragement shall make him once relent
His first avowed intent, to be a Pilgrim.

Neil Thompson caretaker manager at Wednesday following the sacking of Tony Pulis (wasn't the latter a mate of Evans - or so we were told!)?

Yes, I remember him being our defensive coach when he was between jobs.

Wish Neil all the best. Top bloke when he was at York Street and not a bad defender too.
Alan Partridge: "I bet I've got more friends than you've got cows. How many cows have you got?"
Farmer: "I've got 100 cows."
AP: "Well, I've got 104 friends!"

Yes, indeed. He brought decency to the managerial role, something we weren't used to at that point.
