It's all gone quiet on the irregular nettings pattern story. Or have I missed something? What were the odds on facing the same team at end of one season and beginning of next?

Probably be investigated now. Bit rubbish having Harrogate away midweek - quite like going there for the weekend.

Irregular nettings patterns are OK surely? As long as the net itself is connected securely to the posts and bar.

Stoke and Liverpool played each other on the last day of 1 season (6-1 to Stoke), and then the first of the next (1-0 Liverpool?) - both at Stoke. It doesn't really matter.
