What a game!!
« on: May 04, 2016, 10:39:55 PM »
What a tremendous occasion at YS tonight...a bouyant, expectant crowd....a superb effort from Bufc....and a tremendous goal from Zak Mills.....really every Bufc player gave it everything tonight...Scott,Zak and Carl were tremendous....lets hope Carl and Scott are ok for Sundays game....the only thing that ruined the game was the poor display from the Officials...really where do these people come from?....tonights ref.was soooo poor it was embarrasing- random decisions,no consistency in his decisions and (as usual) no help or assistance from the so called "linesmen".... Shocking!

In his defence he was consistent....consistently crap.
Can't recall so many decisions going against us.
How did the thug Denton stay on the pitch?
He did see red and came off, but that was someone else's blood on his shirt.

Thankfully the team that tried to play football won tonight.

I think some credit must go to players for simply not losing their heads and lowering themselves to their level.

I may be wrong, but I think Scotty G deliberately wiped his head on Dentons kit to get him off the field for while.

Brave display from all the lads tonight , with a good ref I fancy a win on Sunday .
You would,nt expect anything at Ferriby with the clown in black who reffed  tonight in charge.

Ferriby manager is reported to be favourite for Imps job , if any Imps fans saw tonights game I don,t think they,ll be rushing down Sincil Bank next season if he gets the job .

Can you imagine the potential forward line....Fat Rhead and Elbows Denton. I wonder what the tactics might be.....? Tough one this......I know play to feet across the middle! No? No wonder I don't do tactics very well!!!!!

Bro in law is an Imps fan,he was chatting to me this morning and said they don't want him.. Likened it to going back to the John Beck era, told him when he gets it he will take Denton with him,he was not impressed lol

Sounds like the club are looking for one of those protective face masks you often see Premier League players wear for Pidge to be able to play with broken nose.

Anyone know where you can get one?

Our friends at Sunderland AFC may have one, I assume all the premier league clubs would.

They are custom made to fit your face, so not easy to borrow one!

BUSA have been talking to Katie following her twitter post/request and we are prepared to help with the cost if hopefully he can get one made in time for Sunday.

Would a 3D printer be the answer?

Bit heavy to carry around the pitch on your face!
