Bazza

Nice to see former pilgrims making headlines, but not always for the right reason. Bazza made his debut for Stamford away at Whiitby Town last Saturday....2 down in 15minutes, pulled a couple of stunning saves to keep them in it, and got back to 2-2, only to receive (not his first!) red card late on for handling outside the box! Another former pilgrim, Lee Beeson took over between the sticks for the last few minutes! There never was a dull moment with Bazza!

Is that 'walking' football?  ;)

No, a league match. There's a couple of minutes on u tube if you can find it! He got out well to the ball, but eyesight failing, or at least can't see the edge of his area! Took one for the team and earned a draw!

Ashley Timms was in goal for Stamford earlier in the season. Has he moved on ... again?

According to Ashley's own twitter page he's got a tiny dog, had a recent pop at den and boston, and it doesn't appear he's playing anything other than poker!

Not bad for a 45 year old!

He left Stamford following apparent interest from a Conference North side. I don't know who's trying to sign him, but....
