The good, the bad and the ugly?
« on: January 13, 2016, 06:12:44 PM »
It's been well noted around the Vanarama that most opposition fans would choose Pidge as the best player in our league, but who stands out of the current crop of opposition stars to you?

I personally like d'Laryea for Trinity, as he never stops working, and always seems to have a decent game against us.

And given we've just past panto season, is their anyone who could top our old mate Yatesy for the villain's title?

As for ugly? Well, Tom Denton from Ferriby takes it for me, but what do you think?
tax free sarcasm and irony included

Good - have to agree about D'Laryea, hoped we were going to sign him this closed season but he went to Gainsboring, covers so much ground and closes play down brilliantly. The other players that stand out for me are Ferriby's keeper Nicklin and Jason St Juste who was outstanding for Ferriby last year but not sure his pulling up any trees at BPA this year.

Bad - Stockports whole team 2nd half at Boston this season, we could have had 8 or 9 that game.

Ugly - it has to be Nathan Jarman, horrible, horrible git.
against league 3, an idiots guide to making the rich richer and the poor poorer.

Good - Although he is disliked  by many Pilgrim fans because of the FA Trophy game, Id have to say Theo Streete. Looked solid at the back for Solihull and is definetely their key player. Imagine him and Pidge at the back and Zak at right back!

Bad - Hakan Burton, the Curzon goalkeeper. Although you can't really judge from one performance, Id have to say he's the worst player ive seen all season. Looked lost last weekend and his kicking was also terrible!

Ugliest - Nathan Jarman, he's just a terrible human being and so dirty/cocky. Hate him as a player and as a human! (& hate is a strong word!)
Win, Lose or Draw always United.

Good- Jaz Singh- class. Rarely has a bad game against us

Bad- Telford's number 10, can't remember the lads' name. But he was atrocious at our place. Missed a pen too.

Ugly- Jarman- cheating, money grabbing waste of talent who has tossed his career off at shit clubs
