...he said that Boston like to pump the ball into the box, ...

This may have been mentioned elsewhere, but just reading through an interview with Corby's new loanee keeper...

“When I spoke to Tommy on Thursday prior to signing the National League paperwork, he said that Boston like to pump the ball into the box, so it’s important to be decisive when coming for crosses and commanding the area to help reduce the aerial threat on goal."

I know I haven't seen Boston since pre-season (due to moving to Dubai) but from the match highlights I've seen I'm pretty sure we don't 'pump the ball into the box'.

We mix it up - we're not afraid of getting the ball into the box, especially if Pidge and Garns are up there. But we also like to use the wings when possible, and drill crosses in for Daye, etc.
I create YouTube videos (BUFC/FM/CM 01-02), and stream Football Manager on Twitch as BostonUnitedFM.
