FA Trophy : Solihull Away
« on: November 16, 2015, 01:09:20 PM »
We've drawn Solihull away in the FA Trophy third qualifying round and I am pretty sure we have them away in the league a week later?
Win, Lose or Draw always United.

With their current form (four draws in last five) it will probably be a draw, and we will end up playing them three times in three weeks!

A potential run of 4 away games in a row, unless the Trophy match is a draw.
Would a draw mean we face Solihull 3 times in the space of 8 days?
United we stand..................

An insignificant tournament nowadays where most National League sides from its 3 divisions will tend to field understrength teams. Basically, the few teams that really want to progress in this tourney should have a comfortable passage to at least reach the quarter finals! Look at North Ferriby United last year! Don't think anyone should worry too much is DG makes 5 or 6 changes for this particular game.
Alan Partridge: "I bet I've got more friends than you've got cows. How many cows have you got?"
Farmer: "I've got 100 cows."
AP: "Well, I've got 104 friends!"

I'd love a cup run even in this, last few season show teams from our level can go far in the trophy!

I remember the euphoria that hit the town last time we got to the Final, would love us to do it again.

Is there a coach being out on for his match?
