Another one of Welshy's 7 day approaches!!!! Either our new super managers are struggling to get the players they thought would be chomping at the bit to join them at Boston or they have found Welshy's list of players he wanted to bring in!!! Could be a mistake by Mr Newton not giving Steve the chance to get his own players in..He is now paying Two managers to do what Welshy could have done..

Or it could be the players are impressed by S/H and want to be part of the ambition.

Unlike Welsh.

And anyway the players Welsh brought in?planning to were pretty good.

so we got this Camm chap, now this Clarke chap, If we get Julian Jokerjim that will be three ex Kings Lynn folks. Now i know what they say about Norfolk and inbreeding, but we have enough of it in Boston without bringing in Norfolk inbreeders as well.

That sais Jokerjim did live in Boston although technically he is of Cambridgeshire DNA and i think they are statistically OK for inbreeding

have a larf :)

I dont think any of the above are from Norfolk,  at time when they were at The Walks did i see them  doing a " high six"  ;D

When is Hefty signing ? You wanna get in quick Before Juke Box Drury sneaks him away to Corby.

Would appear from the GTFC forum that Clarkys signature has rattled a few of their
support not least Sut who writes,.... quote......

"Don't wish him any luck at all signing for them, hope he fails to score during his entire
Boston career and is shipped out of the sinking BUFC ship"

A bit rich coming from someone who wanted the player at the Meres next season so one
would assume sour grapes on his part  ;)

Whats all this about another of Welshy's signings. It's alright signing players but it's what u do with them that matters. I am told that his record in charge was comparable with TTs and to say that he and the players saved us on the last game of the season is rediculous, it was sheer luck. that last game was disgraceful and to be totally honest we deserved to lose it against a side that was marginally worse than us.
A final word on Mr. Welsh. I think he is excellent at the job he is doing and I'm pleased he stayed on. He does a great job with the youngsters.
