Why Green has to tinker with a winning side, to bring on lesser players I'll never know, unless the player is injured. Felix was giving them a lot to contend with which kept them from attacking in force.Thomas is not in the same league as Felix in skill or pace. Even the commentators on Radio Lincs couldn't understand the change. Afraid Green cost us all three points tonight with his decision. Marshall for Marrs I could understand. Oh well soon be bedtime.

???????
It was the same starting 11
If Green did cost us all three points tonight then surely he won us the three against Fylde and Chorley?
Ah hindsight, it's a wonderful thing.

Fair result.
Boston started well and were gifted first goal, when Trinity stopped , waiting for the whistle. Garner unchallenged steered the ball in.
From then Boston were quicker, and closed down really well, hitting Trinity on the break but not finding the second goal. Trinity lost their best player (Russell) to injury and although they had a chance to equalise, forcing a great save were relieved to see half time only one down.

Second half was more even until Boston replaced Felix, resulting in Trinity getting on top. Stamp dominating Piergianni, makIng Blues look more likely to score next. After a spell of pressure Picton equalised and Toner almost gave the blues the lead.
Frantic finish, but no more goals

FFS. Well done DG, you almost managed it, again. Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory is becoming your trademark and the real problem is you just don't learn from your mistakes. We were 1-0 up, not really in control of the game but certainly ahead on points and what do you do, you take off the only attacking player that was causing concern to Gainsborough and put on Thomas who was just not up to the task. He must be cheap because his ability can't be keeping him in the team. And don't say he was tired after Saturday because if that's any argument then you should have given the whole team the evening off because on Saturday they all worked their socks off just like Felix did. Felix came off and after that we were under the cosh, again. You have done it before, we back off in the last  20/25 minutes and give the other team the opportunity to come back and beat us. There were other supporters around me who just couldn't understand those changes you made.
You nearly lost us the game with those changes but I suspect it will be the players fault, as usual. There is one thing you did well last night and that was to avoid the after match interview. At least howdydododosham made the interview before the radio stopped broadcasting. Just one last whinge about that tall lanky pensioner Stumpy, what a big girls blouse, what a tall lanky pensioner cheat. Went down holding his head like he had been hit with a pick axe handle and yet there was no contact whatsoever. Pathetic. Should have come away with a win tonight but I suppose 1 point is better than 0 points.
Other than that the lads tried there best, worked their socks off but were let down by the manager.
