This is not unusual for big plans. If anyone as been throu the plans bit by bit there is a massive amount to go throu. 21 days was always going to be a push.
I would not worry to much about it they have delayed it and not called it in which in itself is a good sign

Pickles is bound to be behind on the paperwork. When you disregard his meal breaks there can't be enough working hours left in the day.

Oh my god, now those useless Tories have got involved! How much of a sweetener will someone need to get it passed? Getting things through parliament is, not what you know, it's who's palm you can grease to get it through.
