Non-League Day
« on: September 05, 2014, 11:08:45 AM »
Anyone not going to Bradford doing anything for Non-League Day tomorrow?

I wrote something about growing up with Boston United in the 90s for Inside Left’s Non-League week earlier this week, and they’ve carried on with some great stuff about other clubs.

There’s a superb article about Wokingham on today. If anyone wants a look: www.theinsideleft.com

Remember going to Finchamstead Road ,Wokingham just before it was sold for housing .
Ground could be clearly seen from train as it pulled in .
Arrived 2nd half and just walked in .
Don't remember a goal being scored or who opposition was .
Nice program hut , at one end I  think .. got quite a few .
Best program huts seem to be at defunct grounds ..Kettering had a v good one .
             Long way to go . . haven't a clue why I went .
