Newsham is now on 10 goals. I'm struggling to remember when a Boston player last scored 10 in a season let alone by the end of October.

There's no wonder they're bottom but one in BSN.I wonder if "captain clean" has tried to tackle anybody yet this season.

Big issue with Danny today though , Sounds as if his gaols were tap-ins.
First one was from about 6 yards, but he blasted it. Second one was similar to his second at FC United, ball dragged back and he nipped in at the near post
I create YouTube videos (BUFC/FM/CM 01-02), and stream Football Manager on Twitch as BostonUnitedFM.

Yeah his first touch wasn't the best for the goal and I thought he'd lost his chance, but then produced a stunning finish...only for Dotty Cotton to score an even better goal later. If that Cotton goal had been on TV Lineker (another tap-in merchant  ::) ) et al would have been drooling over it for most of the show.

How did SWD look today?

Didn't get very long in truth, couple of nice touches but didn't offer any thing much extra as we were in cruise control anyway at the point he was introduced.
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

Not being funny but SWD has scored only 12 goals in his entire career so saying things like 'best we can hope for is 20 goals this season' is a little over the top. I think we are getting a little bit too excited because we have actually signed someone who's name we recognise! I hope he can dop a job for us and the managers certainly seem to know what they are doing and what they want, so I trust them, but lets not build people up too high too soon as it leaves them with a long way to fall! As for Newsham, he is a striker and should be judged on goals alone as thats' his job, like keepers are judged on clean sheets and saves made.
