I have heard we were looking at him when we were in the BSN - fantastic signing or what?!

I've heard of him, highly unexpected.

Begs the question, who was the last double barrelled surnamed player to play for us?
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

Shit the bed. Now I can see why we cleared some room in the squad. Big name (not just being double barrelled LOL ;D) Lets hope he is (dare I say it) the missing part of the jigsaw. (there I said it!!). Certainly another striking option to what we already have. The reason I say S.T.B was that I thought he would be playing further up the pyramid than the seventh tier.

VERY Surprised, looks a cracking signing.  But can he do it on the pitch?  Let's hope so!

Well done BUFC on getting him in.

I knew you would come back with something like that!  ;o)

Nah you are right to be cautious as it is a big number of clubs BUT lets face facts if we can get him banging in the goals he will help us and himself move onwards and upwards so we BOTH need it to come off where before he could just pick up the pay i guess?

I'm assuming he is now the Patter sponsored player?

Wonder who'll he replace .. I would put him straight in .
    Not  t. i. Newsham ..
So maybe D. D will have to warm the bench  ..

Here we go again, why drop any of the current winning side just to accomodate a new
signing ? O.K. Danny may not be everyones choice and as far as 'tap in Newsham' is
concerned well he may just have to be rested giving consideration i think he has started
just about every game. The dilema the Management will have with Newsham is he always
looks fresh but everything considered he always will as his workrate throughout the 90
mins is only a third of any of the strikers he has partnered to date!!

Will be interesting to see if the new signing is an out and out target man in a three or
wether or not he plays wide in that 4-3-3 formation the management thinks works.
Absouletly nothing wrong in freshening things up but i would want the midfield personel
to be better covered in the likely event of injuries/suspensions,the players in there
presently seem to pick themselves........ just an observation.

I don't remember SWD (Can I call him SWD? well Man city have SWP so we can have SWD) for being a target man more of a pacey direct player. He may even shoot from distance occasionally.

Won't go straight into the team surely as he hasn't played games so will need fitness rather than 90 minutes.
