If the new stadium is to be owned by the community how is the community defined?
Will the football club have it's own clubhouse ther?
Will they have full tenancy or will they just rent the ground on match days?
Who will contract the refreshment areas?
Who gets the money from them?

I see the benefit of community owned grounds but the tenancy agreement could be crippling even if the rent is just a peppercorn one. I believe Halifax were in the same position only getting a cut of gate receipts and refreshment takings but paying a low rent

Nice to see a couple of personal digs in there though

Just like this?

when it should have been you people organizing opposition to the regime that almost brought our club to its knees a decade ago.

I create YouTube videos (BUFC/FM/CM 01-02), and stream Football Manager on Twitch as BostonUnitedFM.

The Shay is Council owned.  Aren't we talking of a ground owned by a separate function for ours.

The club currently take for their clubhouse. Food we don't as they're franchised out I believe.
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

As DN talks about wanting BUFC to be self-sufficient, taking away income streams would be stupid.

Not a dig Scott, a fact.

What happened at Chester with rouge owners should have been a template for other clubs to follow regarding galvanizing support to force pressure on unpopular owners, here the supporters club pretty much embraced the rotten regime...... unbelievable. As a committee they should have resigned en masse and sent out a message to everyone that what was happening was unacceptable, but then I guess they'd have lost the privileged of  the pitch presentations and meetings in the boardroom........... >:(

My last comment on this thread is that some people have very selective memories.
