I have no idea who this guy is but I took YSP to mean is it the same Mr Rush he knows (identifying him by the fact he is Irish) rather than implying because he is Irish and so must be talking rubbish.

So not racist at all.

Correct, John, no racist intent at all and apologies if it came across that way. I just vaguely remembered an Irish guy who raked a load of muck around the Boston Bypass and around the buses through the town centre, and wondered if it was the same person.
